Erica holds dual roles at SAP, as Senior Manager, Customer Communities and Creative Storytelling for SAP Customer Experience and supporting Program & Community management for the SAP.iO Foundry startup accelerators in EMEA. (Quite a mouthful!) Working across several cross-functional teams, she helps drive and showcase innovation by utilizing her unique blend of (multitasking) expertise in marketing strategy and operations, content creation, business development, technology research, and project and event management. (She also hosts a podcast. Like everyone else.) Before writing her thesis on agile software development (nerd), Erica showcased her agility on the basketball court as a professional athlete.

Akash Luthra is senior manager of digital product management at CHICO’S FAS. He is responsible for driving retention and fulfillment workstreams for all of CHICO’S FAS brands (Chico’s, White House Black Market, SOMA). Akash leads his team for better customer and employee experiences by providing data insights that anticipate their needs, creating end-to-end experiences that exceed expectations, and measuring the overall impact. Akash has held various roles on the digital teams at Ulta Beauty, Wells Fargo, and Coca-Cola Bottling. He has a bachelor’s degree in the Computer Information Systems from DeVry University and an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management.

Head of Product at MOO, where I've been for the last 5 years. MOO is a design, ecommerce and print company, known for creating high quality uniquely customised products at scale. We manufacture and ship thousands of items daily to over 150 countries and territories around the world and much of my time at MOO has been in designing, developing and maintaining technical products to enable those capabilities.

Bethany Castle is the Order Operations Coordinator at Patagonia, EMEA. She sees her role as the spider on a web between Customer Services, Logistics and Finance for a company whose mission is very close to her heart: Being in business to save our home planet. As a human, she spends as much time outside and moving, reading, or experimenting with vegan recipes using the produce from her shared allotment.

Gerry is leader of Sullivan's Litigation Group. He has unique experience in software, privacy, licensing, internet and IT outsourcing and implementation disputes. He also regularly represents clients in financial services disputes, IP disputes, Founder disputes, employment discrimination/restrictive covenant litigation, wrongful denial of insurance coverage cases and other business disputes. Gerry has substantial trial experience in state and federal courts throughout the country, in appellate proceedings, and in U.S. and international arbitration.

Chris Koeppel has 16+ years of ecommerce experience, with a successful track record in designing and scaling inventory transformation models to enable retailers to leverage their platform beyond traditional wholesale. Previously an ecommerce architect for Nordstrom and significant brands within, Chris brings a valuable understanding of alternative business models and optimizing retail reach with trusted partnerships. He is well versed in fulfillment services spanning across both physical and digital channels, advocating an omnichannel approach to get products closer to customers. Now, VP of Industry Strategy at CommerceHub, Chris brings his passion for unlocking innovative solutions to help brands and retailers truly deliver on customer expectations and thrive in the ever-changing retail landscape.
Dr. Christian Schefold LL.M.

Dr. Christian Schefold, LL.M., is a Partner in the Berlin office of Dentons, a member of the Corporate practice and co-heading the German Compliance practice. He focuses on compliance, corporate and data protection law. Christian headed the compliance consultation department at Daimler AG where he was co-responsible for setting up a compliance network within the Daimler group worldwide. Prior to this task, he worked several years as senior counsel with Daimler Financial Services AG being responsible inter alia for IP, IT & DP law and public private partnerships (namely for the legal set-up of the German motorway tolling system Toll Collect). He is constantly practicing data protection law since 1996. Christian’s favorites are setting up compliance management systems (CMS), especially Data Protection CMS as well as Data Transfer Regimes for international corporations to fulfill GDPR requirements.
Sebastian von Haldenwang

Sebastian von Haldenwang is a Senior Associate in Dentons’ Berlin office and a member of the German Compliance practice group. Sebastian advises clients on compliance issues and focuses on data protection and market entry advice. In this function, he has given advice on all matters related to GDPR-compliance and cross-border data transfers as well as accompanied several multinational IT and tech projects entering the EU market through Germany. Sebastian has assisted clients in forensic and litigation matters as well as during privacy incidents. Sebastian is a lecturer for privacy law in the Department of Information Sciences at the University of Applied Sciences Potsdam. He regularly presents on data protection in research data management at the Research Data Management Project Brandenburg (FDM-BB), a joint project of the University of Potsdam and the Potsdam University of Applied Sciences. Sebastian is a native Spanish speaker and enjoys basic proficiency in Chinese.

Ben co-founded Luke's Lobster, a Maine sustainable seafood company buying directly from fishermen to supply their restaurant group, branded grocery business, and online market. Luke's is the highest scoring Certified B Corp restaurant group and seafood company in the US. Ben focuses on the brand's innovation, environmental sustainability, and social responsibility. He’s the author of Real Maine Food, the Luke's Lobster cookbook, sits on the board of the Maine Lobster Marketing Collaborative and the Maine Business Immigration Coalition, and is an advisor to many startup food companies. He lives in Portland, ME.

In just five years, Julian has grown the platform from parcelLab's first customer to now over 500+ customers operating in 153 countries, sending over 13 million emails a day.

With extensive experience consulting the world’s leading enterprise and DTC brands on how to evolve their customer journey, Angus leads parcelLab’s Solutions Consulting organisation in EMEA. In his spare time, Angus will be found lacing up his running shoes and heading to the nearest track or trail.

Harpreet Sagoo is a UK qualified lawyer and the General Counsel at parcelLab. She has an extensive technology background with focused disciplines in M&A strategy, IP protection, Litigation, Ethical compliance and working with sales on complex cross border transactions. Harpreet has been recognized for her strong communication and interpersonal skills and for building effective agile legal teams. She is an active member of several groups focused on diversity and inclusion within the legal field.
Product Marketing Manager
Natalie is a Product Marketing Manager at parcelLab based in sunny Cleveland, Ohio. After spending years on the CPG side of ecommerce, her move to parcelLab in early 2022 was natural, with her interest in best-in-class, experiential ecommerce. After working on sales enablement most days, Natalie can be found after work walking her two rescue dogs, Morty & Pippa or trying to break 90 at her local golf club.
Director of Solutions Consulting
Jay has worked in technology, in some capacity or another, for 27 years. He has been a programmer, a teacher, a product manager and a variety of other roles in technology. In that time, he found that his passion is in working with brands, and for the last 11 years he has focused on MarTech within the ESP space. Specifically, helping brands connect with customers BEFORE transactions occur. He is now on the parcelLab team as the Director of Pre-Sales, North America, where he works with the sales force to transform the POST-sales experience gap for US based brands.
Lisa Alex Smith
Lisa has worked in Human Resources for 5 years, currently flexing into both the People Operations and People Partner spaces. Prior to joining parcelLab, Lisa explored entrepreneurship for 2 years, running her own social media business. Ultimately, she found her way back to HR, and finds a great deal of joy in supporting employees through the full lifecycle. When she’s not writing offer letters and implementing new HR systems, Lisa enjoys spending time with her fiancé & 2 dogs and working out.
